Could you guys help me with a sleep apnea case? I get fitted for a C-Pap in a few days. I've already done the exam, I definitely have the sleep apnea, but was denied because they say it's not service connected. OEF and OIF Veteran. Anxiety, migraines, lower back pain, persistent insomnia, but won't pay me for sleep apnea. Please help!

It took a long time, but the ultimate goal was reached. Nothing works fast in government, unless they are a politician and it affects them personally. To all those who have Woods Attorney's-stay with it, they know what they are doing. If you are looking for representation from an attorney on your case-let them review it. Had a great experience! Jennifer walked me through the entire process. She kept me abreast of the progress and made sure I was getting all that I am eligible for!
